Global Evolutionary Analysis of CIII Peroxidases in Green Lineages

This book is a systematic study of CIII peroxidases in plants, mainly involving the mining, identification, origin, evolution and function of multiple plant peroxidases. The author and his colleagues created PeroxiBase, a professional peroxidase database, and upgraded to the latest version, RedOxiBase, a professional database of oxidoreductases. The author and his colleagues have developed several tools and procedures for the identification and analysis of peroxidase families, and constructed original models, dose-evolutionary models, and gene and protein structure evolutionary models of several peroxidase families in plants.
