Glimmer of Hope

A town is intent on driving a three-legged, seemingly ferocious dog forcefully back into the woods but Laney and Izzie see something different in the brindle boxer that others can't (or won't) see. Laney, a 10 year-old girl, has often been told that she's 'just a kid"e; and her opinion doesn't matter and sadly, Laney has started to believe that too. Her longtime babysitter, Izzie, is determined to help Laney embrace herself and value her own ideas and soon Laney starts to realize that maybe she actually can be a voice for the voiceless.
