The great reformers of religions are worthy of all praise and gratitude. There is no shame in them that they preceded the era of modern science. Rather, this purifies them, doubles their right to praise and gratitude, and indicates that the need for them was greater and more urgent, and that they were more capable and greater in their service to humanity, despite what is understood. It is the difference between people''s need for religion and their need for science.
