Future in Safety: The Blue Book of HSE

I am going to establish the vision I want for the future. By the year 2030, I hope every employee in charge of people will have a certification in Safety Leadership with a vision of zero injuries at the workplace. Writing a book about the future means precisely this; it means working at present with a strict vision of the future. There are millions of accidents and I want to contrbute to their reduction year after year.The best way to foresee the future is by creating it; that is why I undertake to work on the training of generalist skills, which will diminish accidents, taking advantage of the advances in technology and the skills to develop metrics on spread sheets. I will also encourage the creation of patents of personal protective elements.
