Four Lost Children

In 1962, in a shack that was going to be a new start for my mother that turned horrible wrong. A tragedy took place that would destroy an entire family for many years to come. Children separated for years to come and a father who remained in his own world forgetting he had a family.

My name is Joanne Schickler born on May 22, 1954. I was born in Kitchener, Ontario. I have two grown children of my own. This book, Four Lost Children was written 23 years ago when finally after a major surgery, the Doctor removed a tumor deep in my lung and close to my heart. I felt compelled to rewrite this story once and for all. Welcome to my story. I hope you enjoy it.
