Flowers + Tea: A collection of works by Alexander Ahearn

Flowers + Tea represents Alexander Ahearn's view of the beauty of tea through a collection of photos, tea evaluations, and personal poems. Growing up around tea, and seeing firsthand how moments are created around the connection between food and tea, sparked his lifelong personal and professional pursuit of studying tea. Since 2008, he has dedicated himself to tea research, education, and evaluation practices. The book includes 50 flower and tea parings, personal poems, and corresponding tasting evaluations for each of the teas.
