Final Report on City Services for Fiscal Year 2019-2020

This report presents fiscal year ended June 30, 2020, performance and cost data for thirteen North Carolina cities in the service areas of residential refuse collection, household recycling, yard waste/leaf collection, police services, emergency communications, asphalt maintenance and repair, fire services, building inspections, fleet maintenance, central human resources, water services, wastewater services, and core parks and recreation.

The North Carolina Benchmarking Project is a joint undertaking of the School of Government and the North Carolina Local Government Budget Association.
