In the 1980s, Major James Chip Stevens is a seasoned fighter pilot and a bachelor on his way back to Howard Air Force Base in Panama. Amanda Ceallaigh is an executive secretary starting a new job at another military installation in Panama. With one bump of an airport tram, the two are thrown togetherliterallyand their lives will never be the same.
