Fallschirmjäger Brigade Ramcke in North Africa, 1942-1943

This book is an in-depth photographic study of the famed WWII German “Brigade Ramcke” paratroop unit.

The story of Ramcke and his élite troops is described here through the soldiers’ recollections: from their  formation in Germany, life  on the North African front, and their legendary five-day  breakthrough behind enemy lines. 

The book is heavily illustrated with unpublished photographs and documents of the troops,  as well as  details of their uniforms, vehicles, equipment, and theater made insignia.
