Fake New Work

Ever felt alienated at work? Or in the world? What if New Work is in reality a backdrop behind oppression, arbitrariness and toxic hierarchies. What if fake, no matter how absurd, is running the world. After 25 years in academia, she found herself fired. Acting responsibly meant stepping out of line and was sanctioned. She experienced psychological terror, manipulation and a system maintaining arbitrary rule. This isn't a story of defeat, but a journey of awakening in times of global turmoil and Real-Surrealism. The path through job loss, burnout and the struggle to find meaning shows that you can't choose your experiences, but you can choose what to do with them and how to reshape perspectives. Becoming ill in a sick system reflects inner health, integrating the inner witch stabilizes and self-determination can be supported in unexpected places.
