He referred to the kings of Islam and their relationship to literature among the Arabs, then he talked about the cooperation of the Arabs in setting an Arab knowledge circle, and considered that modern literature is democratic when compared to previous times. He talked about Islam as a civil worker, and in another place he compared the Muslims present with those who preceded them, and dealt with the laws of war in Islam.
