In exactly one year, writer Liu Jin Yun monitors the conditions of six employees working together in one employer. Xia Lin, Lao Chang, Lao Suen, Lao Qiao, Xiao Ping, Lao He, each of them is a world unto itself, each has his own career aspirations that he seeks by all means possible, with the exception of "e;Xiao Peng,"e; who does not fight for a promotion and does not care about anyone. One person's luck increases and he is promoted, while another person's luck betrays him and he remains where he is, on the verge of promotion.
