Efficiency in organisational processes

The aim of this study was to analyse how activities at SMP can be delegated and monitored efficiently by using and analysing the QDT (Work Distribution Chart) using the model proposed by Cury (2009) and improved by Chinelato Filho (2011). Initially, the section detected bottlenecks that made it impossible to carry out activities properly. Through observation, it was possible to implement some practices that made it possible to minimise these bottlenecks and modernise and restructure the existing management models.
