Learning disorders refer to a group of disorders that affect learning, memorization, comprehension, organization, or the use of verbal and non-verbal information. These disorders stem from damage to one or more psychological processes related to learning, which are essential in combination with average abilities for thinking and reasoning. Children with learning disorders form a heterogeneous group. The common feature among them is that they all have difficulties learning school subjects.
