My Life – PSHE for healthier, happier children.

My Life is a complete PSHE course for children age up to the age of 11. It provides schools with a PSHE Scheme of Work building from nursery to year 6, with structured progression so children build up their understanding of health, relationships, safety and social issues in age-appropriate steps. Teachers can be confident delivering this essential subject using the My Life session plans, PowerPoints, discussion guides and resource sheets.

My Life EYFS is fully aligned to the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and Development Matters. It provides an inclusive programme for supporting children in nursery, pre-school and reception settings to develop important qualities such as understanding of their feelings, how to regulate behaviour and how to build positive relationships. Continuous provision ideas are provided across the early years setting for every session to support children embed their learning.
