Dynamics of student learning motivation

The aim of this book is to investigate motivation and motives for behaviour and activity, one of the most important and challenging tasks in psychology, which is gaining interest these days. Traditional intelligence and aptitude tests are increasingly seen as insufficient in determining school readiness, job applications, etc. Diagnostics of motivation and value-orientation are used in vocational selection and are seen as a prerequisite for predicting professional performance. (The fact that the methods of pop-psychology are often used instead of the proven methods of domestic and foreign psychologists is a problem that requires a separate consideration and we will not dwell on it now.)
