Drugs Handbook 1993–94

It is important that all medical and paramedical staff dealing with patients shouyld know what drugs a patient is taking, what they are for and what side-effects there might be. The purpose of this book is to provide information for nurses and all paramedical staff, including occupational therapists, social workers and medical students. This handbook is updated annually, enabling the reader to possess an up-to-date listing of approved drugs and be informed of recent discontinuations. Drugs are listed alphabetically under both generic and trade names and brands which have recently been discontinued have been appropriately marked.
