Dracula

Jonathan Harker is sent by his law firm to Transylvania to assist a new client, Count Dracula, who wishes to settle in England. As Harker approaches the destination, he is warned by strangers not to travel to the count's castle. Soon, he will understand why. Bram Stoker’s Dracula is one of the greatest classics in horror literature, the book that gave birth to the modern myth of the vampire. ABRAHAM "BRAM" STOKER [1847-1912] was an Irish author, forever associated with the gothic horror novel Dracula [1897]. Stoker drew upon the millennia-old myth of the vampire but bestowed upon the figure a darkly romantic aura it has retained ever since – not to mention the immortal name, Count Dracula.
