Detailing her abuse and neglect, the author flashes back on pivotal moments that caused her life to ricochet off into a completely different direction. With parents who were busy partying and nobody else to turn to, she did what she could with what she had to be successful in life. Some bad decisions and some good ones led her to today. She hopes to provide others with hope and encouragement that they too can overcome their history and background to be happy in life.
