Delphine Agnes Brooks-Mardenborough is an Ordained Prophet. Agnes was born on the beautiful island of St. Martin, on the French side. Married to Vincent Brooks for 30 Years, a mother of 2 Revin and Agvin Brooks. Known to many in the community as teacher Agnes, served her community in various non-profit organizations, and contested 3 parliament elections on the island of St. Maarten. Serve in the ministry of Economic affairs. Delphine Agnes holds degrees in Chaplaincy, Childcare services, Business Management, Leadership, Events Planning & Decoration. Certified in holistic spiritual counseling, Leadership, Mentoring, Apostolic and Prophetic training. Co-founder of Radiant Divine Global Impact Ministry, an umbrella organization to various ministries. All so serves as an international Distinguish Kingdom Ambassador in leadership.
