Uterine rupture is one of the dangerous obstetric problems witha high potential of causing maternal and neonatal morbidity andmortality. The case fatality rate of uterine rupture is high and henceidentifying factors associated with uterine rupture remains important toguide decision-makers and practitioners. The study aimed to identifyfactors associated with uterine rupture among clients managed inAdama city public and private hospitals from January 2011 toDecember 2015.
