Detection of Bacterial Contamination in Drinking Water in Assiut City

This book consists of practical experiments belonging water microbiology. It relates with groundwater bacterial assessment in Assiut city using Most Probable Number technique. Some bacterial strains were identified using 16s rRna technique. Also some physical and chemical analytical parameters were subjected to samples during four seasons. Faecal coliform bacteria and faecal streptococci bacteria were the main indicator in this work.
