A PRISMA-guided search (2008-2023) across multiple databases identified 16 studies (1 RCT, 1 lab study, 2 finite element analyses, 12 experimental). Design factors like diameter, length, thread shape, and taper angle impact stability and clinical success, offering valuable insights for optimizing treatment outcomes.
