Design of Care

This edited volume explores notions of care that are overlooked or neglected for one reason or another, featuring projects that examine the most common forms of care - mostly health and social care - in a new light.Chapters cover new ground - from overlooked histories of care to caring for the future, from economies and the commodification of care to equitable care, from anarchic care to the choreography of care, from proposing a policy for empathy to questioning whether design really needs empathy at all, and much more.
