"Demolare" este o colectie de nuvele scrise de Monica Cioceanu. Toate personajele din carte isi traiesc sau si-au trait propria demolare. Each character portrayed in the book is living his own personal demolition or he has experienced it in the recent past. Sometimes, they do not even seem to comprehend what has just happened to them. But the author is there, more like a photographer, capturing how they are banished from their banal lives on unexpected novel trajectories.
