Dedalica

Originally published in 1936, this book examines the seventh-century Dorian art style known as Dedalism. In the first section, Jenkins outlines the four schools of Dedalic art and attempts an absolute chronology, and applies his conclusions to extant examples of stone sculpture from immediately before and after the Dedalic period.
