Daisy's Adventures is a collection of stories about an orphan adopted in the United States during WWII.

When Daisy becomes the target of false gossip at school, she thinks she fell victim because she is a naive child. Her mother, however, shares that entire populations of adults can have their opinions swayed by a lie. When crafted by the enemy, lies serve to break bonds of trust and leave the people vulnerable for a takeover. Daisy learns she needs facts to reveal the truth.
