Dahlia and the Seven Cats

DAHLIA AND THE SEVEN CATS is not for the faint-hearted but definitely a page-turner. A story set in future France, where the original human species is presumed extinct, tells about the mission of a thirteen-year-old Hulien (human-alien), called Dahlia Dingleby. After a vanishing in her village of Mauparroux, myths of an ancient black-hearted spell come to life. Dahlia has a desperate reason to skip school and, accompanied by her friend Pypym, she goes to the dangerous underground in search of the truth. But - can they survive the haunted forest, the mystery that lies behind the magic, the malevolence, the magnificence and - worst of all - the murders?
