The letters of literature and reform were not separate from each other. Rather, Taha Hussein adopted them in parallel at times and at the intersection sometimes, and the first of them is the attention they deserve, which is evident in this book. Hussein Al -Adib Al -Adab, who knew the right to know that different cash tastes and curricula produce different readings of literary work, present in the first part of his book offers of various narrative, poetic and literary books, produced by the sorting of Arab writers and foreigners diverse backgrounds and stripes, among them: "Youssef Al -Sibai", "Naguib Mahfouz", "Yahya Hakki", and "Albert Camus". As for the second part of the book, it deals with issues of a reformist nature, related to social justice, education, jurisprudence, and the arguments that occurred between the author and the Al -Azhar Foundation in Egypt on a group of contentious issues.
