The book of cooking by Muhammad bin Hassan Al -Baghdadi is a book of cooking written by Muhammad bin Hassan Al -Baghdadi, and it was re -published in 1934 in Mosul. Its text was taken from a manuscript dating back to the year 623 AH, corresponding to 1226 AD, 33 years before the fall of Baghdad. The book contains the recipes of foods that were prepared during the era of the Abbasid state, attached to it, explaining how to cook it.
