Configuring Product Information Management within Dynamics 365 for Operations: Module 6: Configuring Product Change Management Cases

If you make changes to your products periodically based on requests, or if you want to add more control to your product change management process, then you can do this within Dynamics 365 by configuring Product Change Management Cases. These allow you to make change requests and then track the change statuses.
