This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 10th IFIP WG 5.14 International Conference on Computer and Computing Technologies in Agriculture, CCTA 2016, held in Dongying, China, in October 2016. The 55 revised papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 128 submissions.
