The process of international terrorism distribution is accompanied by the simultaneous emergence of new national terrorist groups and extremist organizations that use terrorist methods of struggle and the emergence of international terrorist organizations. Terrorism as a threat to the world community as a whole requires taking thorough measures with a complex character and large material and human resources.
