The author, George Watts, CCM, LEED AP, BD+C, is a construction program manager who fell in love with bartending while studying civil engineering at UT Austin. His many years of expeierience in construction management has shaped the way he builds cocktails. Like every building project, Watts starts every drink with the end in mind.
