In the beginning the book shows images of 10 ingredients so that readers can buy the right things, followed by instructions of how to process and stir-fry the ingredients and explanation of cooking techniques with both text and images to help readers cook simple homemade dishes. All the ingredients are common and inexpensive varieties which can be sourced from supermarkets or ordinary food markets. The dishes require only one cooking technique and taste delicious and uncomplicated.
