From an academic perspective, the author interprets the path of China's technological innovation and standard formulation in terms of how China can get rid of its technological dependence on the West under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and the policy support provided by the Chinese government for technological innovation based on the international hotspots of China's scientific and technological innovation and development. He also analyzes the long-term development goals set by the Communist Party of China and praises the great development achievements of contemporary China in technological independence and innovation, providing theoretical support for China to achieve carbon neutrality and carbon peaking.
