Charitraheen (Hindi)

Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay was a prominent Bengali novelist. Most of his writings have been comprehensively translated in Hindi language. He was born on 15 th September 1876 in a small village, debanandpur of Hooghly district of West Bengal. Throughout his life, Sarat Chandra was extremely influenced by Rabindranath Tagore and Bankimchandra Chattopadhyay. Sarat Chandra novel charitraheen deals with the psychological understanding of a female thoughts. Also, it illustrates the intricacies of human behaviour.
