Change Management in Safety: The White Book of HSE

To contribute improvement or to develop new actitivities in an organization, it is essential to anticipate, take action and measure the change.Change Management is the foundation pillar of any efficient process and development. This practice must be conducted by outsourced consultants, with an objective view and who sustain change through robust training and communications processes.How can we offer trustworthy service in Safety, which will in fact lead to the Zero Accidents Mission? Safety has to be learnt and trained as the core value for every organization and workers.We must work hard on a scheme that comprises Leadership, CSR, Future and Change Management.The key element that links all of them is, in my vision, Change Management, for CHANGE is the piece that bridges the gap between where we are at present and where we want to get to in the future.
