Simple and Delicious Recipes for Every Day taken from Cathy's private collection of recipes that have been favourites with her family and friends for many years. As each of her children grew up and "left the nest", they started asking her for the recipes they loved. She put together a simple ring-bound collection and gave each of her children a copy for Christmas in 2018.
