ABOUT THE AUTHOR Cindy Robinson-Brown, a native Philadelphian and Temple University graduate currently lives in Newark, DE. She has spent many years working to improve the lives of children during her career with Delaware's Children and Youth Department and substitute teaching and mentoring in Delaware's public schools.
