The recipes start out easy and get more advanced throughout the book. The goal is for the children to join in with the baking and cooking – and some of the recipes they can make independently. The recipes are tasty, fun, colorful and a little bit rustic around the edges, just like the Billy Goats Gruff-universe is. The recipes are developed by one of Norway’s most skilled pastry chefs, Elin Vatnar Nilsen.
