Breeding Ritual

In the village of Hilltown, there's a ritual – the Breeding Ritual – that occurs every twenty-five years. A marriage arranged by the goddess of fertility that represents the union of two mates, and is used for arranging good luck, prosperity, and more. It is said those who are chosen live incredibly happy lives besides their soulmates. Celeste just couldn't understand how the one chosen for her had been Aurea, the bitchy elf that was the closest thing to an enemy she had in the entire world.
