Brazil's Forestry Legislation

The aim of this book is to present a historical reconstruction of Brazilian forestry legislation. Through the main milestones of the legislation we can understand the evolution of this legislation, which has gone through periods of forest exploitation and preservation of forest resources. This book provides a historical retrospective that goes back to the 1988 Constitution, where forest resources and the entire environment gained protection.
