Blinky

Blinky is a firefly. He has fun lighting up the night sky with his friends, who all enjoy sharing their glowing, twinkling lights with one another.One year, when the Fourth of July draws near, there have been many shortages, and so there are no fireworks to be found. All the people who live near Blinky are sad, especially the children. When they are sad, Blinky feels sad too. So he comes up with a brilliant idea that will help bring beautiful colors into the sky for the humans getting ready to celebrate the independence of the United States of America.
