Black Peak

The kingdom of Night sits on the southern side of the treacherous Black Peak mountain rangeaEUR"e;safe, secure, and mysterious. For reasons unknown to Grand, the kingdom on the other side of Black Peak, the Knights of Night, raid their unprotected villages year after year, taking the young and able people, then burning everything else. Two hundred years ago, Grand made an attempt to enter into Night and defeat their enemy, hoping to bring peace to the northern kingdom. They failed, unable to get past the dark mountains and infiltrate the kingdom. The mission was forsaken. Centuries later, the raids from Night have intensified, and the quest of long ago presents itself more urgently than ever before.
