WE (Black Men) were all equal leaders that day of the original Million Man March. It was a significant moment in African American history, a "e;Missing Moment."e; History has shown us time and time again that true change engages momentum when we experience a "e;defining moment."e; As we continue to embrace the "e;defining moment"e; changes are destined to occur without much additional effort and progress will be realized. It is at this time we can look back and call the change that occurred as a defining moment, a pivotal moment, "e;Black October - The Missing Moment"e;.
