The power of addiction takes away control and choice, despite the resulting negative consequences. As the daughter of an alcoholic, Megan knew her mother became powerless to drinking. Yet, she chose to find strength in her talents in order to spread her wings and transform what could have been trauma, into the very attributes that have helped her emerge from her cocoon. The outcome has led Megan to a life of helping others reach their health and fitness goals, while soaring higher and higher to accomplish her own endeavors.
