The challenge we took on with "Beyond-Borders" was to put to use the opportunities the Internet offers to confront ourselves with experiences similar to ours taking place far away. To capture, anywhere in the world, the dimension of art as an instrument of resilience.In a world where ideologies in crisis have been replaced by equally bloody religious fundamentalisms, "Beyond-Borders" has led us to exploring issues such as hospitality, sustainabletourism, emigration and immigration. The common denominator of what we've offered is art as a medium capable of tackling social and environmental difficulties.
