In 2011, the results report of a project published by the German Society for Supervision e. V. (DGSv) funded study on the "inner workings" of organizations in Germany. This volume reports on a second study, which again asked DGSv members how they perceive working conditions in economic and non-economic organizations and their effects on employees three years later. In addition to the expanded data basis, four new sets of questions were also taken into account: Can repetitive questions show significant changes in working conditions since 2008? How important are quality standards of work for employees? To keep jobs (mentally) healthy? How far has fair performance been achieved in organizations?
