Behind the Make-ups: we explore a few physical and emotional abuse encountered by a young women in her relationships and also see how she overcame this experiences to be a better person in the society, she learnt to love herself enough to know her self-worth and when to walk away from a relationship.Dealing with failed abusive relationships is a journey, a journey to the center of your own heart where you need to do self-introspection to understand the situation you are in, how and when to deal with it, how to let go of that abusive relationship and appreciate the fact that you always have loved and still do love but you need to love yourself more and put yourself first.
